SPEED LIMITATION
Sailing in the port area must be done with the least possible speed and to exercise the utmost care in the interest of other vessels and their moorings.
The maximum speed in the harbor basin is the minimum driving speed.

Rules and Regulations
The following order regulations and the »Order no. 9139 of 15 April 2002 on the Standard regulations for observance of order in Danish marinas and small fishing ports«, which is printed in the Danish Harbor Pilot, are valid for Thisted Marina. Violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the port. The present Order regulations apply to the marina and associated land areas, bridges, parking areas, etc.
ORDER REGULATIONS
Thisted Lystbådehavn welcomes guest seekers. Guest sailors can use the marina of the marina and service building. Guest seafarers should immediately contact the Shell Tankstation at Kystvejen on arrival at the marina. Port money is paid, and a sticker is given to put on the boat. In addition, codes are given to buildings and the internet. Guest sailors must comply with the instructions of the harbor staff.
THE PIER
Boat may only be placed on the designated boat places or temporarily in the guest areas indicated by the green FREE sign. When the boat is away from the seat for more than 24 hours, the sign must be turned to green, please indicate the return date.
MOORING OF THE BOAT
The moorings are provided with mooring possibilities, and everyone in the port must be provided with a proper number of moorings and fenders that are of good quality and dimensioned according to the boat's size and weight. Moorings against pontoon and solid moor shall be provided with pull-on loads eg. in the form of "rubber ribbon", to protect the harbor and the boat's equipment. In case a boatman has not moored his boat properly, he will receive a request from the harbor staff to get this done as soon as possible. If this is not complied with, the marina will reserve the right to mount moorings and send the bill for the moorings, including a fee, for the trouble of the boat owner. The boat owner is required to provide adequate supervision of the boat and its moorings and fenders, and both moored in the port must be in good condition and be clearly marked with boat name and home port. There is no mooring for a long time, under the crane, mast crane, and at the diesel stand. Falls, lines, etc. must be protected from unnecessary noise delivery during the boat's stay in the port. Dinghys and the like can be placed by the boat as far as it can be done without bothering other boats or raging in the harbor basin. Alternatively, the jelly is taken on land and placed in winter storage space. Any responsibility and any risk of damage to own or other vessels, docks and other equipment due to insufficient moorings or carelessness by the boat owner is solely upon the boat owner.
WASTE AND SEA TOILET
Renovation must be placed in the containers at boat halls. Oil and other liquid waste must not be placed in the containers or left at the port but must be filled in designated containers, which are installed at the municipality's environmental station. Hazardous waste, such as accumulators and the like, must not be left in the area of the marina. Dumping of toilets must not be done in the port basins or its vicinity. Drainage of chemical toilets must be done according to instructions from the port office.
THE MARINA AREAS
Driving and parking in the winter space is only permitted on gravel grounds and temporary area closure restrictions must be respected. Bathing from bridges and piers is not allowed. Dogs must not run freely and have no access to the clubhouse. It is the duty of any dog owner if a dog pollutes in the port area to remove this.
MARINA EQUIPMENT Special permission is required for guest seater to use tractor and crane, contact the harbor staff for further information. Furthermore, the Marina's tools must not be removed from the port area without special agreement.
RESCUE EQUIPMENT Rescue equipment constructed at the port may only be used in situations where it is intended. After use or upon detection of irregularities in the material, reporting must be made immediately to the port staff.

DEFIBRILLATOR
Next to Sydhavnsvej, Thisted Sejlklub has its service building with facilities for guest seafarers. On the facade of this building to the north and next to Sydhavnsvej, the Defibrillator is very visible.
The Defibrillator is available 24 hours a day.
